Attention Consignors: Important Notice

Please read this carefully.

We have experienced a high volume of consignors returning months or even years later seeking expired items or payouts for items sold after the expiry period. Please be aware that our policy is strict, and we have made the decision to no longer make exceptions.

Key Policies

Consignment Period: 60 days with an additional 7-day grace period. Please arrange pickup BY APPOINTMENT for unsold items between days 60 and 67 by appointment. Items sold after day 67 become store property, and no payment will be made.

Item Condition: Items must arrive clean, complete, and in pristine condition. We do not clean or repair items. Any repairs needed must be done before consignment.

Labeling: As we are reducing staff, we kindly request that you label your items or boxes with your full name to help us streamline our processes. If labelling items please use something easy to peel such as painters tape.

No thank you items:

Our extensive knowledge of customer preferences, built over nearly 20 years of experience, guides our decisions. When we decline items, it is done with careful consideration and expertise. We respectfully ask that you do not attempt to persuade us to reconsider our decision once it has been made.
