Refund policy
We do not offer refunds. We will offer an exchange of a paint colour on pick up should you see it in person and decide it's not right. Once the product has been picked up it is not returnable unless defective. If paint is shipped we will allow 24 hours for you to decide however if there is any sign of the product being opened or used we will not refund. We pack our orders very carefully and expect it to come back in the same excellent condition in order for us to offer a refund/exchange. We do not offer refunds of shipping charges and any charge to ship it back is to be paid by the customer.
There is no refund or exchange on jewellry or other products.
You can always contact us for any return question. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
